SecuraMax: Finding a Video

Uploaded documents (videos) can be found by using the "Cases" function or the "Document Search" function. You will only be able to see video files that you have access to based on your user permissions or files that were shared with you.

Finding a video with Document Search:

  1. Login to your SecuraMax account
  2. In the "Document Search" box at the top of the page, enter a search term and click "Search". If you do not have a specific search term, leave the box blank and the results will show all video files that you have access to view (based on your user permissions)


  3. You can apply filters using the options on the left side of the page.
  4. If you wish to clear filters, click the "Clear" button on the top of the left filter box.
  5. Once your desired file is located, click on the expand button to the left of the image to view more details and actions for the file.

Finding a video within a Case:

  1. Login to your SecuraMax account
  2. Click on "Cases" from the top navigation bar.
  3. From the Cases page, you can search for the desired case using the search box within the page or use the filters to narrow the results.
  4. Once the desired case is located, click the "Details" button for the specific case.
  5. Within the case details, the right side pane will show the files associated with the case. Locate the desired file and click the expand button to the left of the image to view more details and actions for the file.
