The battery-powered BODYCAM 4 mounts to a user's body and records audio and video, storing it locally. When the device is docked and charging, it transfers alarm video to the Pro-Vision storage software it is registered with. There are three software options:
- CloudConnect: Cloud-based storage software enabling users to review and request videos from any device. View Transferred Videos with CloudConnect.
- SecuraMax: A CJIS-compliant cloud-based storage solution explicitly developed for security forces. Find a Video on SecuraMax.
- Connect (ECB): The legacy solution transfers videos to a self-hosted storage. View BODYCAM 4 Videos on Connect (ECB).
Users with the appropriate permissions can log in to the storage software to view recorded alarm videos or request non-alarm videos from the device. However, non-alarm videos will only be available to request if still available in the BC4's memory, as devices overwrite the oldest non-event video to record continuously.
To learn more about a specific storage software, follow the step-by-step instructions linked above to view transferred videos in your storage software.
