How to Prepare for a Remote Team Viewer Session

The Tech Support Team can remote into a computer for anything other than connecting to a DVR.

1. Strong Internet Connection

A reliable/strong internet connection is needed to conduct a remote session.

2. Allow and Accept -

Assistance from Tech Support when Connecting to a DVR with a Computer

Needed for the Session:

  • A computer with an ethernet port or adaptor
  • An ethernet cord
  • An internet connection to the laptop
