CloudConnect enables users to share videos with non-CloudConnect users via email for a specified number of days. The recipient would receive a CloudConnect email with the videos as web links they can watch or download.
Sharing Video with Non-Users

Locate the video to share.
- Sharing videos from the platform is possible regardless of whether it's an event or a requested video.
- On the video's row, click on the blue button in the farthest "Actions" column.

From the "Actions" pop-up menu, select [Share Videos].
- This will display a "Share File(s) by Email" window, notifying the user of how the video will be delivered and prompting for information.

To share the selected files, complete the required fields in the window.

Enter the recipient’s email address, add a subject line, include any notes needed to support or provide context to the files, and specify the number of days the files will be available for viewing or downloading.

Click the blue [Share] button at the bottom of the window to send the email.
