The A/V (Audio-Video) Splitter Cable [PD-1456/8050018] splits the output of a single camera into two AHD outputs. This is typically used so that a camera may be simultaneously recorded on a DVR and displayed on a monitor, but a camera's output can be split to any two compatible devices.
The cable consists of three parts: the "To Camera" input, a black "To Monitor" output, and a red "To DVR" output, which powers the camera. Providing a camera with power from the DVR allows the device to continue recording when the monitor is off.
