The AHD to SD Splitter Cable connects to an AHD camera and splits its output into SD and AHD Video while powering the camera. This allows the camera's feed to be simultaneously displayed and recorded on devices with differing definition capabilities.
The Splitter Cable's power must be connected to an ignition power source; connecting it to a constant battery power may drain it over time.
