CloudConnect users must be assigned specific permission to view violations recorded by the Stop Arm Camera 2. Admins generally assign permissions through "Roles" which group users with similar responsibilities, but specific users can also have personalized permissions.

Giving a Role Stop-Arm Violation Permissions
- Log into a CloudConnect admin account with active "Editing Roles" permissions.

On the left navigation pane, select "Admin" to open the admin menu and "Roles" to load the "Roles" page.

On the "Roles" list, locate the desired role, click the left "Actions" button to display the action menu, and click "Edit".
- This will display an "Edit Role" module with two tabs: "Role properties" and "Permissions".

Click on the "Permissions" tab.

Scroll to the bottom of the list or use the search bar to locate "Stop-Arm Violations."

- Check the box next to the "Stop-Arm Violations" permission (shown above).
- Click the blue "Save" button on the bottom right corner of the modal.
Giving a User Stop-Arm Violation Permissions
- Log into a CloudConnect admin account with active "Users" and "Changing permissions" access.

On the left navigation pane, select "Admin" to open the admin menu and "Users" to load the "Users" page.

The "Users" page displays a list of existing users, and a search bar with a "Show advanced filters" toggle navigation tools.
- Locate the desired user by typing their name in the search bar or scrolling through the alphabetically ordered list.

Click the blue "Actions" button in the user row and select "Permissions" from the actions menu.
