Wireless Connection Test Kit: Testing the Kit

The Wireless Connection Test Kit contains two complete systems: a receiver and monitor to test trailer systems and a transmitter and camera to test tractor systems. The kit’s systems can and should be regularly tested on one another to verify its functionality and ensure accurate tractor and trailer testing results. 

1. Connect the kit’s 7-way coil cable to both ports on the back of the case.
   
2. Insert the kit’s battery into the adapter in the bottom left corner of the case.
   • If the monitor doesn’t turn on, charge the battery.
     
3. Flip the power switch on the front panel of the test kit.
4. Visually verify the red “Power” LED and the blue “Pairing” LED on both the receiver and transmitter are lit. 
   
5. View the monitor on the test kit, which should display the image from the kit’s camera.
   • If either system message is displayed, troubleshoot the individual components of the kit.
