How Can I Make a Request Using ECB/Connect?

You will first need to have the PV-player software installed. Ensure the player is configured to your ECB/Connect information. 

1. Open the PV-Player software. 

2. On the right side you will see a "Vehicle List button" (pictured below). 

3. Click that button to open your vehicle list. 

4. At the top you will see a "Requests" option, click that option. (pictured below.) 

5. On the Request page you will click the "Create a Request" button on the right side of the page. (pictured below.) 

6. Now select which vehicle, what time frame, and cameras you would like to have transferred form this vehicle. Keep in mind alarm files transfer automatically so no need to make a request for alarm video files.
